All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**
Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 583, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor condo located in one of Sanibel’s largest condo communities, with 168 total units This condo allows for up to 4 adult guests and is a short walk to the beautiful shell-strewn beach and the heated pool.
This condo has been completely updated from the studs out! With beautiful hues of periwinkle and sandy beige, you'll find the this condo the ideal serene oasis for your vacation.
The fully stocked open and airy kitchen will be the perfect setting to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy at your new dining table. After a long day of swimming, sunning and shelling, you will be happy to relax on one of the new living room sofas and watch TV. At the end of the day it will be a pleasure to relax on your king size bed (new mattress) in the master bedroom and watch your favorite movie. The master also has an en-suite bathroom. The coastal themed guest bedroom has 2 full beds with new mattresses, TV and private bathroom.
The screened in lanai has beautiful wicker furniture that is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and taking in the warm Gulf breezes.
As an added convenience, guests have access to 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, small cooler, 2 pickleball and 2 tennis racquets and some beach toys, which are all in the guest closet beside the laundry. In the TV cabinet drawers there are cards and board games. There is a a small lending library in the dining room hutch along with placemats. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet as you enter the condo.
Loggerhead Cay is located on the East end of Sanibel Island, 5 minutes from the Causeway. Sanibel has 2 superior golf courses and a growing number of wonderful shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. It is a short drive to the Sanibel Athletic Center, library, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, Sunday farmers market and many other amenities.
Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.
