Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 574, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a partial angled view of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from your lanai! You will find this condo a serene sophisticated oasis with the warm decor and comfortable furniture.
The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal. The living room offers a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette table for 2. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your living room with plenty of seating for all with a large flat screen TV. You'll find the primary bedroom a serene oasis at the end of the day with a comfy king size, flat screen TV and new en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds along with a flat screen TV and a new private bathroom. If you need to work a bit, the owner provides high speed internet and Wi-Fi.
Take in the warm Gulf breezes on the screened-in lanai that overlooks the serene courtyard and pool. This is a family-friendly complex with 168 units and a short walk to direct beach access. The owner provides beach equipment for your convenience.
The condo is dog friendly (25 pounds or less & 1 dog per property) with a non-refundable pet fee. Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.
