The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickleball & Tennis Courts construction began on 12/4/23 with a targeted completion of early April. ***The pool is now open and the elevators in building 4 are now up and running.***
