Summary: Very well executed VRBO house - well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, nice TVs, games, black-out shades, parking right out the back door, good house and area guide, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, child gates on stairs, timely communication with hosts when we had questions. Things to note that may not be clear in the listing - downstairs bathroom is a half-bath (no shower or bathtub); while it is a single family house, there is really no yard to speak of; the house is embedded in a bit of a commercial district, on a somewhat busy road - that said, the house is tight and the road sound didn't bother us, and the road has a 25 mph speed limit, which helps. It felt safe. And, Waffle House is almost across the street, which was great for one of our breakfasts!
