Set in Thornton Gore in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this four-season log house is a rustic and comfortable get-away. The house sits halfway up a grassy knoll, surrounded by open-field farmland and the White Mountain National Forest. Johnson Brook runs next to the dirt road. The North Country Center for the Arts has a program of exciting plays and musicals in their home at Jean's Playhouse. Summer and Fall season attractions include Zip lines at Alpine Adventures, glacier caves at Lost River Resort, the famous Clark's Trading Post with the famous bear show and Wolfman.
