LOFTS1 - 2 week minimum - Welcome to the Point Beach Lofts! This new luxury condo community is located on the Point Pleasant Beach & Bay Head border and across from the Maryland Ave Beach! This gorgeous residence offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an open concept floor plan that features a contemporary design with a beach flare! Private balcony, laundry, parking for 2 vehicles. Building has a common area roof deck and an elevator. Available weekly and includes 6 beach badges.Check in 3PM, Check out 10am.
Minimum age must be 35 or older to rent. No Pets. Cleaning fee $250
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
