Welcome to the Mile-High City! Nestle into our contemporary and freshly furnished lower-level guest suite conveniently located in the Westminster neighborhood of Denver. Retro - inspired, our warm and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for your visit to Broncoville!
We're so excited for the opportunity to share a little piece of our home with you — your stay helps us achieve a longtime dream of hosting and sharing our love of travel, so thank you!
The space
Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit!
We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore Denver and all our beautiful state has to offer! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
Sit down and stay awhile - our guest space includes one bedroom with a plush queen bed perfect for morning snoozes. Our kitchenette is stocked with the essentials, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware! If staying in is more your style, our living room includes a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people) and is the perfect place to relax and watch TV!
Head's up that the unit is attached to my home and separated by two locked doors - though it is entirely separate and private!

You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.

Summary: This space has plenty of room for two. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of things we needed. The picture on the website makes it look quite a bit brighter than it was in early July although dark and cool felt pretty good coming in from the 90 degree heat. Also, the space only has one sink and it’s in the bathroom. We brought a lot of our own food so doing dishes was a little tricky. But if you’re going out for most of your meals, it would be no problem.
