Unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite! We're super excited to begin having guests stay at our tidy and recently furnished guest space. We live in the main unit of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!

The entire unit downstairs is yours to make yourself feel at home. The only shared space is the laundry room. On the rare occasion that we will need to access it during your stay with longer bookings, we will make arrangements with you to do so when it is convenient for you.
The neighborhood
Nestled in a scenic block in Rainier Beach, your home away from home is steps away from picturesque Lake Washington, walking distance from the stunning Kubota Garden, and less than a ten-minute drive from both hiking and history with Seward Park to the north and The Museum of Flight to the west.
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note this a lower level suite, and we live in the separate upper level.
