This garden level apartment is cozy and quiet, walking distance from plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and a short bus rideor drive to South Lake Union and downtown Seattle.
We live upstairs above the rental and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!

Private 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!), desk, washer/dryer, & much more!
Enter through your own private entrance which includes two clean bedrooms, private bathroom, shared laundry room, and and tea area with mini-fridge and microwave.

The neighborhood
Queen Anne is a charming, quiet neighborhood just north of the main business districts of downtown and South Lake Union. Walk a block up the street to your morning coffee or a happy hour spot. The neighborhood includes top Seattle restaurants such as Canlis, Eden Hill, and How to Cook a Wolf.

No living room area or couch.
Stairs required, no wheelchair access.
Kitchenette includes microwave, hot water tea kettle, no stove or toaster or coffeemaker, no other cooking available.
