Enjoy Denver through our cozy and comfortable Guest Suite that is attached to our home. This modern garage style space has a private bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the common area.
We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

Comfortable and clean, enter your private entrance within our recently furnished and decorated guest suite which includes a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), AC, W/D, backyard, & much more!

Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.
Full access to laundry, it's in the bathroom. You'll have shared access to the backyard - you're welcome to use the tree swing or lawn chairs but please don't enter the garage at the back of the property. There's a large glass garage door in the common room; please keep it closed unless the outdoor temperature is between 62-70 degrees Fahrenheit.
The neighborhood
We are located in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver. Walking distance to Starbucks, amazing breakfast at Bacon Social House or Sunny’s and happy hour or dinner at El Jefe. We are also within (slightly longer) walking distance or Uber ride to the Denver Highland neighborhood, which is full of amazing bars, restaurants, breweries and distilleries, as well as Tennyson Street which also has all of the same!

-City Park on the hill behind the Denver Museum of Nature and Science is a great place to watch the sunset.
-Apex West/Enchanted Forest Trailhead is a 30 minute drive, around 5 miles hiking and has nice views.
Transportation
-W 44th Ave and Elm Ct. is the closest bus stop
-41st and Fox is the closest Train station, 1.4 miles away.
-The closest airport is Denver International; the train is a great way to get from there into downtown Denver and back.
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note this is a private suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
Parking is on the main street and you're welcome to use the laundry in the bathroom. We do have two pets, a pup named Haley and a cat named Reggie, who do not enter the guest suite. We work from home, so he'll be here most of the time. In the spring and summer, we'll likely be in the backyard working on the gardens. We're rock climbers and try to get outside as much as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
