Open the double French doors to the patio, creating a seamless indoor/ outdoor space to relax and unwind. Loft on St. Elmo, by Lookout Mountain, offers the prime location for downtown fun and outdoor adventures. This home is located in the beautiful town of St. Elmo Chattanooga right on the historical street, St. Elmo Avenue. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed and the two yellow couches in the living area that fold down into twin beds. We provide everything you will need to have a wonderful nights stay; including mattress pads for the sofa beds, linens, comforters and pillows. The adorable red kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal for your family; cookware, plate-ware, silverware. The dining table comfortably sits 6 people and there is another table with seating for 6 outside on the patio. This property is not suitable for young children. This home was professionally designed by Stacie Bond; Owner. NO SMOKING - We have a no tolerance policy. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the home. NO PARTYING NO PETS ALLOWED This property has a Ring Doorbell Security System with cameras outside. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating.
