Our 6,000 sq ft lodge is a newly renovated cabin with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. With 2 beautiful living rooms, a kitchen and an amazing dining room that sits 14 people. This cabin is the perfect place for a group getaway. Many of the rooms are surrounded by balconies, with stunning views of the forest, making this the perfect place to unplug and recharge. This cabin is surrounded by trees and boulders and truly gives you the secluded, mountain feel. We invite you to enjoy and cozy up in our lovely cabin, which recently got a brand new heating system. Sleeps 14 max with the beds. ****THESE PRICES ARE NOT REFLECTIVE OF EVENTS, RETREATS, OR WEDDINGS ON THE PROPERTY***** UNAUTHORIZED WEDDINGS, EVENTS, ELOPMENTS, RETREATS AND GATHERINGS WILL RESULT IN A LARGE FINE AND A CLAIM WILL BE OPENED WITH VRBO. Unauthorized early check in and late check outs will result in a minimum $150 fee. Unauthorized furniture moving will result in a minimum $250 fee. Regarding Pets: we do ask for an extra cleaning fee per dog for each stay. Please ask us during your booking. Pets must be approved and paid for before booking. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee of $100 + the original pet fee. Please disclose know how many guests will be in your party upon inquiry. Any additional guests over 6, we do ask for additional fees per guest. CHECK IN: 4:00pm & CHECK OUT: 10:00am. Please communicate via Air Bnb your ETA. Check in: I will send you a check-in guide the morning of when your stay begins - this will be sent through text. All information, parking, lockbox, etc., will be included. Check Out- Please try to leave the cabin the way you first found it. We will take care of the cleaning, towels, trash, etc, for you. Please check the manual left inside of the cabin fo the check out instructions. Extra cleaning may result in additional fees. Upon your departure, please turn off the heater/lights, leave key in the lockbox and a text to let me know you have checked out There are other cabins that we own on this property! Because all the cabins are on the same property, all the cabins fall under the same address. Please look for your cabin with the specific name. There is also a sign above the doors that have the name of the cabins, and this listing is The Lodge. However, each cabin is separate and has space between each other. They are secluded and have no shared spaces. Walking distance to Town! Approx 1.2 miles from Town Center! There is little cell reception on the property based on the phone carrier that you have. Upon leaving the property at the 243, there is full cell service. Wifi is meant for LOW streaming data, aka texting. ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING OR OUTDOOR FIRES. Due to the recent fires, we are PROHIBITED from any outdoor flames. Failure to comply will result in a large fine. As recommended by other guests: What to Pack! -wash cloths (we provide one bath towel per guest) -mosquito repellent -towels for outdoor activity -shampoo, conditioner, body wash -spices, oils, extras for cooking! -And most importantly, your adventure bug! There are specific parking spaces for this cabin. Please let us know how many cars you are planning on bringing in advance so we can try our best to accommodate you. Also, we have daily housekeeping & breakfast preparation available at an additional cost. Please give us adequate notice if you’re interested in these accommodations so we can make arrangements. No EV Charging is permitted whatsoever. Smoking is strictly prohibited - failure to comply will result in a minimum fee of $300.
