Situated in a quiet location in the charming village of Locquenole, this family house will amaze you with its incredible view over the Bay of Morlaix from the living room and bedrooms. A terrace covered by a pergola also allows you to enjoy the view sheltered from the weather.
The Space:
The house has all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Morlaix.
An additional adjoining house can be rented, allowing you to accommodate up to 13 people (please contact us for more information).
It is composed of:
On the ground floor: a large living room with a sea view equipped with a large sofa and a television (orange TV), a separate kitchen with a new dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom and separate toilet.
(all rooms have a sea view).
On the 1st floor : a bedroom with a double bed (130cm) and a bedroom with a twin bed (2 x 80cm)
On the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)
Wifi included.
The house is a central point to discover the bay of Morlaix. It is located 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).
An inner courtyard allows you to store your bikes or other beach stuff .
