Charming vacation rental in Bay St. Louis! This historic, modernly updated and renovated coastal cottage- with an open floor plan offers a super comfortable coastal feel with a warm ambiance that welcomes you, family and friends.
Easy half block walking distance to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach and downtown where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Also, a stone's throw away to the Buttercup Café for a delicious breakfast or lunch! And right next to Mary's Snowball stand and the Ugly Pirate! Perfect location.
The cottage is well appointed with creative touches! Coastal faux painted finishes on woodwork, historic natural distressed wood doors and gorgeous original historic floors throughout, tile in all bathrooms and kitchen, high ORIGINAL bead board ceilings on first floor, tons of windows for natural light. Absolutely gorgeous!
Large feather filled linen sectional sofa in great room which is so comfortable....to lounge and take naps....and watch the game on a HUGE flat screen TV before heading downtown for the festivities! Wi-Fi provided and full CABLE.
Newly glass enclosed walk-in showers (which is not shown in the pictures, as they were just updated). Ample closet space in each bedroom with a walk-in closet off master bedroom with king size bed (which is on the first floor, along with a full-sized stack washer and dryer). Truly wonderful master bathroom, so much space! Handicap accessible.
Also, a half bath off the great room, so you and other visitors don't have to walk into the private bedrooms to use a restroom.
Flat screen TVs in EVERY room with cable and a huge flat screen in great room. Recently added Rokus for streaming in the Master Bedroom and Great Room, instructions are provided. If you want to stream, you will have to provide your information and delete it upon your exit.
Screened in porch with seating and round glass table, along with an outdoor deck, including new lounge chairs for another area to relax and enjoy!
Large gas grill on outdoor deck as well, which is always supplied with an extra petroleum tank just in case!
Also, a REAL wood burning fireplace for cozy days and nights during the winter months. Bring some wood! We can provide some on your request for a minor fee, let us know.
This house has it ALL. It is the best of the best in BSL.
