LOCATION, LOCATION!! 119 Grand Pavilion, known as BOARDWALK BREEZE, is a newly decorated home along the Boardwalk, just steps from two oceanfront pools on the Grand Pavilion and the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of Wild Dunes. When you enter the house, the cares of the world melt away and you know you have arrived at a special place. The home is located in the heart of Wild Dunes known as the Grand Pavilion and is situated among the colorful row of beachfront homes known as the Boardwalk Villas, by many, mistaken as Charleston's Rainbow Row! Walk into the welcoming and sunny living room that is surrounded by plantation shutters on the main floor. New carpet and refinished hardwood floors throughout. Step out your door and you are on your own private veranda along the boardwalk where you will enjoy life on the popular boardwalk surrounded by sunshine and ocean breezes. A few steps off your veranda you can be at the beach or relax around the pool at the end of the boardwalk. This two-story home is tastefully decorated eliciting elegance, fun and most importantly comfort. The house contains three spacious bedroom suites each with a private, full bath. On the main level, a beautiful sunny living area and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room area are sure to please. As the sun rises in the morning, one can see the warm rays filter through the plantation shutters, awashing the living areas with light and warmth. On this level, a KING sized bedroom and bath complete the area. The second story offers two separate bedroom suites each with its own private full bath. Each bedroom has two queen beds with new euro pillowtop mattresses and custom bedding, equipped with flat screen TVs in both rooms. The house is further complimented with access to two ocean front pools and the beach just steps away. Plus, there is a home caretaker minutes away to assist you if needed. After arriving you will not want to leave! We welcome you to stay at our home – “Boardwalk Breeze” – and enjoy a relaxing stay!
