Summary: Visited Melbourne for several concerts at Hamer Hall about 10/15 minutes from the unit. The unit was as described with everything we needed for our 2 week stay.Out host Roy was unavailable but Margot met us at the unit and showed us around, car was safely garaged, keys handed to us with contact number for Margot if needed. Several restaurants within walking distance and many others a short taxi ride. Fitzroy Gardens close by, another park at the end of the street. Only problem encountered was our small fur ball was terrified of the fountain in the courtyard. Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting quiet space in Melbourne. George and Virginia.
