The villa consists of a comfortable open floor plan with plenty of natural light. On the ground floor, you will find an ample area designed for family entertainment. You’re sure to be mesmerized by the spectacular wall-to-wall ocean views. In addition to the entertainment area, you also have a small but cozy living room and nice sized 8-person dining room set. On this first floor, you have a tropical decorated bedroom with a queen size bed, and small modern bathroom conveniently located right next to the bedroom.
As you walk up to a nautical style staircase to the second floor you will find one master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace. In the master bedroom you will appreciate the beauty of nature at its best as you wake up to the most amazing view of the ocean from our huge push out windows. The additional bedroom has 2 queen-size beds with a nautical theme and tropical views you can wake to up every morning. A modern style bathroom is available for additional guests staying on second floor. You will also find yourself relaxing on the balcony with a comfortable outdoor patio set with outstanding view of Desecheo island and palm tree for a tranquil scene. For your convenience, there is a full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is a nice outdoor kitchen/ bar, which is fully equipped and perfect for BBQ’s and gatherings. It contains brand-new full size appliances and additional kitchen equipment is available as well as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. Enjoy your drinks as you sit at the bar and have your meals at the picnic table setup right by the beach. An additional outdoor bathroom is located near the bar for your basic needs.
