Located on a paved road, you will have access to over 5 acres of South facing lakefront living on Lake of the Woods. Privacy will be found on over 550 feet of easy lake access. Safely swim at the natural weed-free sand beach or take a plunge off the large dock into the clear waters of the tranquil bay. The 2 bedroom cottage features awesome lake views from every angle, being located on a granite point facing southwest. For your comfort, the cottage is fully insulated and has air conditioning, heating and abundant outdoor living spaces to relax. Each bedroom is equipped with a new queen sized bed and the cabin has hardwood flooring throughout. The modern kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops, an extra large SS fridge with lower freezer drawer, microwave, countertop convection oven and 2 induction cook tops. For outdoor cooking, there is a Weber SS barbecue with a full propane tank and BBQ utensils. The main living area is comfortably furnished with modern reclining chairs and a full sofa to unwind. The dining table accommodates 6. In the bathroom, you will find a luxury heavy glass surround shower, a quartz top vanity with regular flush toilet for your convenience.
Available for your enjoyment are a canoe, fire bowl with wood, swim ladder, open grassy play area, and ample docking for your own boat.
In this peaceful location you will experience a sense of paradise with no close neighbours. If you enjoy fishing, there are Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Trout, Perch and Muskie to go after. A professional guide and ranger boat are available at extra cost. A fish cleaning area is ideal for transforming your catch into fillets for dinner.

Summary: Dave and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful and wanting to make sure everything was perfect. The cottage has been renovated with a loving touch and is beautifully appointed. Large windows in the living area give you views of the lake and a nice breeze if you prefer over the AC. The recliner chairs were very comfortable for evening reading. The kitchen had everything I needed including tea, coffee, sugar and a selection of spices. The bed that I used was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were the highlight of my stay. Comfortable outdoor chairs on the dock or on the cabin decks give you views and a mix of a breeze, sun and shade. The firepit was ready to go with lots of wood available. You can jump in off the dock or go in from the sandy beach and the water temperature was perfect. They provided a canoe and floating loungers. I loved my week at Wendy and Dave's cottage and would highly recommend it.
