There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to VRBO and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.
