It is within walking distance to the Bluff Lookout where you will find 360 views of the river, lakes, and silt jetties, as well as a wildlife reserve, which is rich with birds and wildlife. Walk through or around this reserve to Eagle Point Lake beach and pier.
This comfortable, 2-bedroom original lakeside cottage is quiet and peaceful, suitable for a small family or two couples with plenty of space to park your car and boat or have a family cricket match, within a securely fenced front and back yard that is perfect for children and pets. Enjoy sitting under the stars and enjoy a fire in the outdoor firepit (BYO Wood). Take a short stroll to the lakefront down the public property at the back of the yard to swim, kayak, or fish!
