Architect-designed cottage on the ocean with magnificent views of Newman Sound. Every room faces the view. Ground floor living room has wood-burning jotul stove, window seat, love seat and easy chair. Well equipped kitchen, small dining table for 6. Large deck with aidirondack and steamer chairs. Deck includes built-in table for 12. There is a 1/2 bath on ground floor. Second floor has 2 bedrooms and bath. Master has queen-size bed and second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with trundle. Third level is den with easy chairs and TV screen with DVD player. There is no TV service but the TV is equipped with chromecast. Every room has spectacular view. Even the outside shower faces the view! Wifi included. Washer & dryer. Linens provided. Located on 3+ acres on the ocean overlooking Newman Sound. Caplin Gulch and Sandy Cove Beach are adjacent and there are steps down from the street thru the gulch to the beach. (See photos of steps and beach). Hiking trails and more beaches minutes away. Terra Nova National Park short drive away. Groceries & restaurants, as well as Heritage center with entertainment and literary festival 1 mile away. 50 miles to Gander, 150 to St John's. Non smoking. One pet considered.
