From the holiday home you are 15 minutes by car to the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands, the most idyllic and historic towns of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, and you will pre-eminently see the strong Flemish- Experience Burgundian influence when you visit one of the historic gems such as the villages Aardenburg, Sluis, IJzendijke, Schoondijke, Breskens aan zee and Groede . You can also visit some major Burgundian cities in Flanders (Belgium) such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp, all reachable within one hour by car! For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, there are more than numerous routes to follow through the beautiful Zeelandic Flemish landscape, the beautiful creeks, lakes and nature reserves such as “de Braakman” are 10 minutes away by bike, and you can even spot seals 7 minutes by car from here. the village of Hoofdplaat.
