This beautifully styled holiday cottage is perfect for families and couples.
Quaintly comfortable with all amenities, park & lake across the road. Entire House consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, living, dining and laundry. Rear deck. Enjoy the afternoon sunset in a peaceful setting in the heart of Burrill Lake.
Seamlessly flowing for entertaining with private yard. Main bedroom has Queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has double bed and 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks (2 singles).
All linen and towels included, please bring your beach towels.
Kitchen with fridge, microwave and Dishwasher. Laundry with washer, Ceiling fans. Light and bright home with views of the park and lake.
Afternoon sunsets are amazing.
Short walk to all amenities, bottle shop, fish and chips, bakery, cafe's, local IGA, post office and newsagency. Boat ramp 600m at the end of the street.
Across the road from Burrill Lake and a 5 minute drive to Ulladulla township and a 10 minute drive to Historic Milton.
This great property has room to park boat/caravan and a fully fenced yard for the kids to play.
