Positive: 1. The location is very central 2. The living room is spacious and comfortable with great view 3. Big modern fridge and enough pans to cook with 4. Easy to operate, big and modern clothes washing machine 5. Comfortable Beds 6. Good blackout curtains and AC in every room 7. I liked the art hanging in most walls except the one at the dinner table
Negative: 1. The shower experience was horrible - you can't regulate the water temperature at all. Open the tap, wait a long time for warm water and then you can touch any knob ever otherwise you need to go back again. 2. The rooms decor is very old, as well as all the doors. The en-suite toilet needs refurbishing because that odl jacuzzi is taking up a lot of space for nothing. Looks like they only renovated the living room. 3. Kitchen had no extractor fan and a very weird cupboards layout. One had to open the tiny windows and find tiny ants everywhere the next day. Also the kitchen had no functioning knife, nor mugs or bowls. 4. We had a very bad Wi-Fi experience. First the password was nowhere to be found. If you leave me a booklet with 30 pages and the Wi-Fi password is hidden inside, that is not normal. Second, we had almost 3 whole days without Wi-Fi due to technical outage from the operator. The host said this had happened in the past and I wonder why hadn't they thought about an alternative. 5. I don't mind that the garage is small if I could park the car. But the problem is that the amount of cars for that tiny space did not allow to maneuver the car so we left the car outside most days. 6. I wonder why there is no dishwasher given the size of the apartment. Also there were no cleaning products we could use to keep it tidy. For the price we paid, I think a cleaning package would be the minimum. We even had to buy dish soap and a scrub.
