Idyllic spot for an escape from the hustle and bustle, to unwind and enjoy your stay. We are an updated and pet friendly home with loads of amenities! Easy access to main attractions, restaurants and more. Minutes to uptown, downtown or the "new" Vancouver Waterfront with winery tasting rooms, restaurants and parks. Portland is also 20 minutes away, and the beauty of the northwest is all around! The Columbia River Gorge, state and national parks, the Pacific ocean, lakes and waterfalls, are all with a few hours drive (or less) and waiting for you to explore! Wineries, fine dining, casino, fun dive bars, antique stores, golf, summer concerts in the park, mountain hikes, kayaking, waterfalls are all close (and I'll provide you a great locals list of recommendations!).
But the best part? You can decompress among the jets in the new hot tub, melt away stress in the sauna, and revitalize your energy in the private gym.
Our home is not only beautiful and comfortable, but we use all natural doterra cleaning products throughout the entire property. We believe that cleaning should not only be effective but also safe for the environment and your health. We avoid harsh chemicals that can harm the environment and irritate sensitive skin.
GATHERING SPACE (single level home)
It is an open-concept design into a modern chef’s kitchen, dining space, and living room.
The spacious living room is richly decorated, inviting connection and memorable conversations.
Watch shows on a 65” smart TV as your group relaxes on a sofa that sits 4 and three comfy side chairs. Cozy up with a book, Ugg chunky-knit blankets and ample lighting.
KITCHEN
Don’t feel like eating out? The kitchen it a dream for the chef at heart. Equipped with high-end cookware, knives, dinnerware, stemware to help prepare and serve a homemade meal. In the morning indulge yourself with the espresso machine, pour-over and locally roasted coffee, or make a cup of tea with many kinds to choose from.
DINING ROOM
Sit up to 4 people around the table for a meal or a fun game. The adjacent and large kitchen island has 4 stools. Just outside, under the covered patio is an outdoor table and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal, morning coffee, or a glass of wine.
SLEEPING
You’ll find 3 bedrooms, full bathroom and ensuite bathroom down the hall to the living room. Off the kitchen and laundry room is the 4th bedroom.
Bedroom 01
This bedroom is a luxe abode through and through with a King Purple mattress, premium sheets, and plenty of pillows - you’ll have that much desired, incredible nights sleep. The space has a TV, 2 nightstands with cordless charging stations, a large closet and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 02
The bedroom has a Helix queen bed, the same premium bedding, a large closet, 2 nightstands and a spa-like motif. You'll find a cordless charging pad on each night stand as well.
Bedroom 03
The bedroom has a full bed, a modest closet, outlets and USB plugs in the headboard, and a delightful corner workspace with a sit-stand desk.
Bedroom 04
The bedroom has the young members of the family in mind, set up with 2 memory foam XL Twins in a trundle. There’s a tv, shelf full of games, books, play bench, and coloring books too. This room is off the laundry room and kitchen, so a perfect kiddo-den to go and play in their own space, but close enough to the main living room.

HOT TUB
The hot tub provides the ultimate space for you to unwind. A brand new tub, features hydro-therapy rated jets and a low-chemical, highly sanitary filtration system. The hot tub is large enough for 6 people, under the covered patio, and completely private. There are hooks for towels beside the tub, 2 steps for access into the tub, and a lid-assist bar for easy opening. You can access the hot tub from the laundry room in only a few short steps.
SAUNA
Climb into our 2 person sauna for an indulging wellness session. Provided are Egyptian cotton towels and essential oils. Easily control the settings with the digital display. The sauna is fully indoors, and shares the space with the gym area off the kitchen.
GYM
The gym is complete with a full dumbbell weight set, TRX bands with guided workout, a jump box and bluetooth speaker for you to get your workout on! There’s yoga mats as well and plenty of space for 2 -3 people to join together. This space is in the converted garage, so on warmer days, open the garage door for a blast of fresh air.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. The bathroom in the hallway off the living room has a bathtub-shower combo. The ensuite bathroom has a sizable stand up shower with a rain shower head. Both bathrooms have ample lighting, large mirrors and counter space.
LAUNDRY AREA
There is a full laundry room off the kitchen with complimentary laundry detergent. There is a second full size refrigerator and freezer in here too. You will access the gym/sauna, bedroom 04, through here, as well as the back yard to the hot tub. We have a ton of coat hooks, dog blankets and dog bed in this space too.
BACKYARD
The backyard provides outdoor living room and a casual conversation space with 4 lounge chairs to hang out in. This is under the covered patio, next to the hot tub. The yard is fully fenced and we also have an in-ground fire pit and chairs for you to enjoy.
You have access to the entire home. The backyard is fenced and private 100% for your use. The driveway is a double deep, 2 car for you to park

Quiet, secluded neighborhood of large lots and private fenced backyards. Walk the safe streets that are never busy. Only 3 blocks away is a wooded park with a play structure

DOGS
The house welcomes your behaved, potty trained dog. This includes service dogs and non service dogs. We do not accept cats or other animals. We do have a pet fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. For your use, there are poop bags, treats, a bed, blankets for the couch, bed, floor, paw towels and a waterproof tray for food and water dishes. The yard is fully fenced. We ask that you secure your dog in the laundry room when you leave. Excessive barking likely will be reported by neighbors, so please ensure your dog is safe and happy. The neighborhood is safe and great for walks, also just a few blocks away is Saint Hellen’s Park.
HEAT & AIR
We have a full HVAC system with heat and AC throughout the main house. The gym/sauna area does not have this, but we have provided a space heater for the winter. We have plenty of extra blankets, and Ugg throws to cozy up with.
Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 6 adults and 8 guests total $10 per night extra guest fee for more than 6 guests (per guest). $75 or 3% of booking cancellation fee, whichever is greater (to cover credit card fees), and possible $25 late checkout fee for every half hour late checking out, if not pre-approved. . Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. $200 dollar fee if the hot tub is dirty beyond normal use and/or foreign objects are in it. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!

No Parties - if there is a party we reserve the right to charge you up to a $1,000 fee
Follow posted rules and instructions for the Hot Tub. Pets in the hot tub will result in a $200 fee.
Only paid guests are allowed without pre approval of host
Neighborhood QUIET HOURS - are from 10pm to 7 am
Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people
No vaping or smoking of any kind inside or outside the property. Please go to the public sidewalk/street to do so and clean up any mess associated with smoking. Violators who smoke inside the home will be subject to a $1,000 fee.
No shoes inside the house please
No photo or video shoots allowed without prior approval from the Host.
Do not lay wet towels or bathing suits on top of furniture

- You are required to leash your pet when walking in the neighborhood.
- Pick up after your dog - we provide poo bags!
- Do not allow them on the furniture or in the hot tub..
- We kindly ask that you crate them when you are away from the home, and contain them in the laundry room.
Excessive barking will likely be reported by neighbors so please be courteous and ensure your dog is happy and safe at all times.
