Nestled in the popular Sanderling neighborhood in Duck, you can enjoy a carefree vacation with community amenities and everything you need right at home as well!
"Lo Key" features three levels and lots of room for family, where everyone can have their own space to relax and enjoy. Features like: ocean views, custom built kitchen with granite countertops and gas range, custom master bath with clawfoot soaking tub, ships watch, two living areas, multiple master bedrooms, easy beach access and one of a kind community ammenites make the home a perfect getaway destination.
Top Level: Spacious kitchen with eat in bar, living room with gorgeous beamed ceilings, dining area with seating for 10, top level deck, reading nook with ocean views and King Master Bedroom with large tile shower and clawfoot tub.
Mid Level: Second living area, deck with hot tub, King master bedroom with hot tub and deck access. two Queen master bedrooms and Bunk/Twin bedroom with hall bathroom and washer and dryer closet.
Lower Level: Dry entry, outdoor shower, lots of covered areas and storage.
Community Amenities: Soundfront community pool (access included with rental),restaurant options, state of the art Spa, sidewalks for biking and community pier.
2 minute easy walk to beach via crosswalk to nature trail to beach access (see aerial photos).
A few FAQ-
Baby Equipment: We have a pack and play and baby gates available at our home
Grill: Our grill is charcoal. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighting fluid however sometimes we have extra in our beach closet.
Beach Equipment: We have bikes (3 adult, 2 kid), a few chairs, toys and beach cart available. We ask that you use, wash off and return to closet.
Coffee Maker: We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide a few pods for our guests to get started.
Amenities: No amenity or its condition is guaranteed. We do our best to keep everything in good working order however we are not there to regularly monitor each item and often deal with severe weather and exposure to the elements. We ask our guests to let us know if something needs our attention however we will not refund for any amenity not available.
