2 Bedroom House in Mount Shasta

Welcome to Lloyds Lodge. This charming home is located across the street from the Mt. Shasta City Park and a stones throw from the Spring Hill Trailhead. Great views of Mt. Shasta. Just one mile from town. Very well equipped kitchen. Three bikes for cruising to town. Relax on one of the hammocks soaking up the gorgeous view of the mountain. Sonos sound system, great internet. Hot tub and a Weber BBQ in the private backyard.
We welcome one well behaved dog. Let us know when you book.
The house has a wonderful view of Mt. Shasta from the bedroom windows and the back yard. The TRAIN TRACKS are across the street where you cross to go to the city park. You will hear the train when they come through as they blow the whistle at the crossing. I provide ear plugs if you need them.
The garage is behind the house. Drive past the house to the garage where there is plenty of parking. Park by the fence with easy access to the back yard and back patio area.
We have Cable! We also have a Samsung Smart TV with an Apple TV streaming's device.
We also have 2 Sonos speakers, they should show up on your phone when you connect to wifi and stream from your favorite music app.
The kitchen is very well equipped with nice granite countertops. Coffee(ground/beans), spices, oils and plenty of pots, pans, Kitchen Aid Mixer, panini maker, belgian waffle maker.
Bathrooms have plenty of towels, shampoo, bath wash, blow dryer, toilet paper.
There are Ring cameras on the perimeter of the house facing the new construction. There is one at the entry gate facing the walkway for when the house is unoccupied.
If you are bringing your DOG please just let me know when you make your reservation! We allow one dog only. You will be held financially responsible for any damage to the house from leaving your dog unattended.
The hot tub is maintained weekly on Wed.
