Positive: Location was nice, walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Plenty of dining, shopping options within a few minutes of walking.
Negative: I found bed to be a little uncomfortable, bathroom was very small. Not enough room in bathroom / shower to store toiletries and wash up in the morning. No A/C (having A/C in Paris in not common).
Summary: Enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to major attractions.
