The Space:
This charming inland home is only a one minute walk to the beach and offers 2 bedrooms and one bath and a convenient spot from which to enjoy all that Little Gasparilla has to offer. Your vacation starts at Dock 38 where you have access to a slip if you choose to rent a boat or bring your own. Or, the water taxi will drop you right at the dock and the island concierge can meet you and help transport everything to the house for you. From the house, it is an easy walk back to the dock for fishing, and an easy walk to the beach for sunbathing, surf fishing, shelling and swimming.
The house is cozy and comfortable for up to 6 people with a king bed in the master, a queen with an overhead bunk in the second bedroom and a queen sofabed in the living room for additional guests. The home has a full bath upstairs plus a fully enclosed downstairs outdoor shower. There is a washer and dryer available, plus satellite TV, wi-fi (see our page regarding limitations of wi-fi on the island), a coffee maker, dishwasher, a gas grill, and all linens are provided, including beach towels.
Downstairs, a spacious party deck offers a small bar, comfy hammock and seating area. This is also a pet-friendly home (with a $100 pet fee per pet) so even your furry family members can enjoy a beach vacation! A spacious screened porch off the front of the house offers cooling beach breezes and a great place to relax and enjoy the island ambiance.

During periods of heavy rain or tropical storms, there may be standing water on the roadways, at the dock and around the house. This is a tropical environment with mosquitos, rust, power outages and other minor inconveniences. If you are expecting resort amenities and services, the island might not be for you.
The island is only accessible by personal boat or paying for the water taxi. You can not bring a car to this island.
