As soon as you step inside this beautifully presented house you'll know you're on holidays. With a wonderfully relaxed beach feel, this gorgeous house offers a quiet and incredibly comfortable getaway.
Ideally located close to picturesque Collingwood beach and Vincentia boat ramp.
Less than 200m walk to Coles supermarket as well as cafes and restaurants .
You’ll love the location and the open deck area with views of the spectacular Jervis Bay. Perfect for couples & families with children.
Live the Dream comfortably sleeps 9 people.
Downstairs you will find the Master bedroom complete with King bed and ensuite. There is also a Queen bedroom with external access (or internal access through the King bedroom) which has its own sitting area with LCD TV as well as an ensuite.
The children have a wonderful bright room complete with a single bed, mounted LCD TV, bean bags and a cubed wall filled with games, toys and books. This may also be used as a separate sitting area for adults ;)
The fully equipped laundry is also located on the ground floor.
When you walk up stairs you will be welcomed by an open plan lounge and dining area, complete with LCD TV (including FOXTEL), a full kitchen with an oversized 900mm oven and dishwasher and a day bed to catch the afternoon rays. The fully retractable sliders open the indoor to the outdoor, the deck complete with a 5 burner BBQ, large 8 seater table and a private corner lounge area to relax on. From the deck you can enjoy views of Jervis Bay.
There is a spacious Queen bedroom as well as another bedroom complete with 2 King single beds.
On this level there is also another bathroom.
We wish to ensure our guests that when the covid 19 restrictions are lifted &it is safe to travel, we will be following the NSW Government Health regulations to ensure our cleaning standards are exceptional & you feel at home in our home. We look forward to your stay!

Summary: It is a lovely updated older style property but with poor insulation. It is situated on the main road into town so the street noise is loud and constant. It is only a few minutes walk to shops and beach which is the upside to the noise I guess. Also has a lot of house rules with threats of fines.
