Positive: The house was very nice, clean and spacious. Everything was wonderful.
Negative: While cooking, the microwave, an outlet and back porch light went out. Couldn't find the breaker box to turn them back on. Also, the back alley was difficult to access. It was filled with trash at one entrance and old tires at the other.
