Modern ground floor in the southern part of the island, En la Tejita, with three terraces, with views of the sea and the mountains, two of them and one towards the internal part of the residence, with open-air corridors inside the residence in addition to having a parking space garage, and community pool is ideal for families or groups of friends. Its location is wonderful since it is very close to the great beaches. You can find just a few minutes walk a shopping center with everything you need to complement your vacation. El Médano has the largest natural beach in Tenerife with about 2 kilometers in length (Playa de la Tejita) and with many small beaches or coves dotting the entire coast. It is also an ideal area for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and even kite flying, with numerous schools in the area where you can start these sports or rent equipment.
In addition, today with telecommuting it has fiber optics which the internet is of great help so that they can relax and work at the same time.
