Positive: I loved the sea view from the bedroom and being close to the beach, perfect for beginners surfing on the waves. The apartment is comfortable for 4, kitchen equipped although some cereal bowls would be nice to have, the garage is a big plus.
Negative: The overall cleanliness was bad. The floor hasn’t been mopped in a while, we found broken pieces of glass in the hallway and some used towels were still hanging the bathroom. There are tiny ants everywhere, the main load of them coming from the kitchen. We had to “hide” all our food in the fridge because nothing was safe from them and spray anti-ant spray everywhere. These are the issues that should be addressed as they were mentioned before in comments.
