The Cityzen will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria.
Our 520 sq. ft. space is bright with high ceilings, and has a balcony off of the dining space. We provide you a full kitchen with an extremely comfy AMERICAN LEATHER couch and eating area with floor to ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available.

Parking:
- No on site parking.
- Longterm parking is available at City Parkades for $16-17.50 per day (~3 Minute walk from Condo). Rates subject to change
- City street parking is free from 6pm-9am and free on Holidays.
- North of Chatham street (one block over) there is free 1-2 hour parking.
Guests will have exclusive access to the condo. There is high speed WIFI. The bedroom has a door that closes for privacy. The second bed is an extremely comfortable sleeper couch. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, detergent is provided. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking anywhere on the property including on the balcony or in the unit.

You will be provided a detailed self check in and welcome package in advance of your stay. No keys required to check in. You will be given personalized access codes. We are always available through VRBO messenger.
Victoria is a very walkable city! It is best explored on foot. When you stay at our condo you won't need a car. Our street has red street signs which means it is officially part of the historic neighbourhood of Chinatown, right in the heart of Old Town Victoria. If, however, you need to travel longer distances the public bus service is very effective. There are also shuttle services that can take you to tourist destinations that are outside of town, such as Butchart Gardens. If you have any questions about getting around Victoria by car or foot please let us know. We are lifelong locals and are happy to help you in any way possible. We want to make sure you enjoy this beautiful city as much as we do.
For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, building interior hallways, and the parking garage. There is a decibel monitor in the living room of the condo that monitors but does not record sound.
Please be clear and honest about how many people are staying in the suite, so we can prepare the space to accommodate you.
If you are bringing a bike with you, there are bike racks in the parking garage. You will need to bring your own lock and will lock your bikes there at your own risk. We would recommend keeping your bikes in the unit - but need to do so carefully, not to create any damage to the common areas or inside the unit.

We are a no smoking building. Those who choose to smoke in the unit or on the balcony will be charged $500 for doing so - this is in line with the size of the fine that strata can fine us for breaking the non-smoking bylaws.
As much as we try, we cannot control the weather. We are on an island and the weather sometimes delays travel onto or off of the island. Unless 72 hours notice is provided, we are unable to provide a refund on weather related delays. Please monitor weather forecasts prior to arrival and departure
Please note: construction on our street may take place at sometime during your stay. We have not been provided with a schedule for this- it may happen during your stay, it may not. If you want more information, please send us an Inquiry message.
