My newly remodeled house on stilts, just down the main street (Ave. G) to the beach, is a great place for a family. My pool is beautifully landscaped. There’s a Weber grill. Around the corner there is also a community pool and skate park. This house is in old town so you are close to the shops and restaurants and marina. The decor is brightly colored. The stove is gas. Two bedroom one bathroom. 553 sq. Feet.

Summary: The pool area was nice and very much appreciated. The home is small and the bunk beds that were advertised was replaced ed with a full sized bed, not big enough for my two teenage sons to share! One had to sleep on small sofa which was not ideal. Was tricky managing bedroom temps at night with window ac units. We did appreciate the artistic and personal touches of home, the outdoor shower area was very helpful. Note there is no dryer on property either.
