Little Plum Cottage offers a peaceful escape in the beautiful Barham River Valley only 10-15 minutes from Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road.
This cottages shares a dividing wall with Plum Cottage next door but has its own entry and balcony & quiet space to relax.
It offers a kitchenette with Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Bar Fridge and Nespresso Coffee Pod machine.
A comfy king sized awaits you with all linen and towels supplied while the bathroom offers a corner spa bath for a relaxing soak.

* Well behaved dogs are very welcome however please note this property overlooks a small lake. The only secure place is the balcony which is accessed via the cottage.
Mobile Coverage:
Due to being nestled in the beautiful Barham River Vallery mobile connectivity/calls are only available via connection to the free Starlink Wifi Internet Service in the cottage.
Normal Telstra mobile coverage is accessible only 5-10 mins down the road.
Please Note: this is a duplex/apartment style cottage.
There is another cottage next door sharing a dividing wall.
There are no shared facilities between guests you have your own cottage, balcony (separated by screening) and entrance.
Guests have Little Plum Cottage to themselves however there is another cottage (Plum Tree Cottage) adjoining this cottage.
Guests have their own entry to the cottage, balcony (separated by screened gate) etc.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.
The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.
All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.
There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.
All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dogs are not permitted to be left alone at any time and are not to be barkers as there are other guests on the property.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.
Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
