This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Satellite Internet - Please note that this house has a limited data plan so streaming will use up the available data very quickly. Data is only renewable on a monthly basis and throttling will occur once the data has been used. Please limit streaming to 3 to 4 hours a day and schedule any downloads/updates between the hours of 2:00 - 8:00 am. Gaming will use up all of the data very quickly so please do not use the internet for online gaming.
This gorgeous home has been lovingly renovated with a modern farmhouse style that is as inviting and comfortable as it is stylish and beautiful. A stunning use of white, gray and natural wood is both classic and current and so, so relaxing. The bright white kitchen is a chef’s dream with new appliances, a large farm sink and massive center island. A few barstools invite your family and friends to join in the fun while making cookies or enjoying a cocktail while making dinner.
Plenty of seating in the living room surrounding the wood burning fireplace makes for a cozy and comfortable place to entertain, relax and unwind or just gaze into the fire. A second seating and dining area offer even more cozy seating and a great place for the family to gather to play games and work on that jigsaw puzzle you’ve been meaning to get to.
One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom with adjoining bathrooms decked out in white tile and natural pine ceilings create the perfect respite after a busy day hiking or shopping. No detail was overlooked when designing spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. The kids will love the third bedroom with twin beds and it’s own en suite.
The beautiful deck with it’s classic Adirondack chairs is where you’ll want to spend mornings with coffee or evenings with your favorite beverage. Quiet solitude surrounds you in this lovely wooded setting. Just a couple of miles from town, you get the best of both worlds in this little gem of a house.

Cancellation Policy
Policy (A) for reservations less than 20 days:
Areservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, therentershall receive a refund of all payments made,less acancellationfee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
