This detached barn conversion is in the village of Garras in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Little Bojorrow is a romantic bolthole for couples, walkers and city escapees set amidst mellow Cornish countryside in the hamlet of Garras, close to the sandy beaches of the Lizard Peninsula and the beautiful creeks of the Helford. Set along a bird-filled lane, it is detached and peaceful with little noise and no neighbours (apart from the owners residence). This former milking parlour is perfect for two with a spacious double bedroom accommodating up to two adults and a babe in arms. Interiors are arranged on one level and extremely comfortable with underfloor heating throughout. The open plan living room is intimate with a comfortable sofa and arm chair beside an electric flame effect fire at one end and a compact kitchen at the other. A sleek walk-in wet room completes the accommodation. Outside is parking for one car and a private patio garden with furniture, a barbecue and dreamy rural views. When you are ready to explore the surrounding area, you will discover the picturesque fishing village of Porthleven closeby which has a beach and foodie restaurants including Rick Stein and Kota which is recognised by The Good Food Guide and The Michelin Guide. Beach lovers will be drawn to sandy Church Cove at Gunwalloe and the National Trust owned Kynance Cove, also less than a 20 minute drive. You can leave the car and set off on scenic countryside rambles. Head out on a woodland walk through the nearby historic Trelowarren Estate (seasonal opening times) or along the secluded creeks of the Helford River. The village of Mawgan with its candy coloured thatched cottages; pub serving a mouth-watering menu and a convenience store is a little over a mile. In the summer a passenger ferry runs to Helford passage, the home of the Ferryboat Inn, and nearby to the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The wildlife on the Helford River is diverse and a birdwatchers paradise.
