Little Bit is a three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath semi-oceanfront home located 0.6 miles north of Surfside Beach Pier in Surfside Beach. This property features a large kitchen complete with microwave, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two flat screen TVs (cable), two DVD players, telephones, high speed Internet, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queens and one double-sized bed. The outdoor living space includes a furnished sundeck (partially covered), enclosed shower downstairs with hot and cold water, hammock, rocking chairs and lounge chairs, covered patio beneath the house, and ample parking (some covered). No dishwasher. No washer. No dryer. *This home shares an oceanfront lot with another property. Little Bit does not occupy the oceanfront position, but has side ocean views from the porch and living area. External stairwell only. You must go outside and use the external stairwell to access the downstairs bedroom. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included.
