Positive: The location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants, public transports, pharmacies. Excellent links to downtown.
Negative: The flat is in need of some work to keep it in good conditions. The toilet sit is loose, the sink is broken and it doesn’t flush properly, some of the windows are difficult to open and the external shutters are a nightmare. Very difficult to open or even impossible as it is the case in one of the bedrooms. The sofa in the leaving room is uncomfortable.
Summary: Not bad but could have been better.
