Nikiforos has the distinction of being very convenient in the center of the country that you it reaches in 5 minutes on foot, at the same time it enjoys a beautiful panorama on the harbor and remains immersed in the nature and quiet of Lipsi. By bus, the bus that runs visit the day or the preferred way by those who visit and fall in love with Lipsi, by foot. Nikiforos has a view from both the port and the ocean ahead .. The hose is made up of all modern day comforts including accomodation for 4 persons in separate bedrooms with king size beds, private bathrooms. There is also a seperate room with 2 single beds perfect for the children. To complete the house there is a verandah which runs all around the house for both relaxation, lunches and private time.
