Positive: The breakfast was extremely good. The room has air-conditioner. The location is good, and the sound-proof is ok (without it I wouldn't be able to sleep)
Negative: The facilities are due to be renovated/changed. The shower was rusty and the fixer was broken. The toilet was smelly (because of the bad installation of pipelines).
Summary: extremely good breakfast, dissapointing room facilities
