Positive: Only 9 flats in the building, 3 of them in the ground floor with private swimming pools (not for rent). The other 6 share the swimming pool in the terrace! luckily the other 5 were empty and I had the swimming pool just for me and my girlfriend. :-) The flat is very good, located in the third floor, good size bedroom, bathroom and living room! the swimming pool is one floor up and has a nice view!
Negative: The bed is very hard, not comfortable at all! The bed linen and towels are charged extra R$30 reais PER PERSON!
Summary: Very good apartment but uncomfortable bed!
