As if that weren’t enough, this gorgeous 3 Level home has an amazing location close to popular Veteran’s Memorial Park! Memorial Park offers a fabulous playground, pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis and basketball courts, and a boat launch ideal for launching kayaks, as well as boats!
As you enter Lighthouse Pointe, you’re welcomed by Colors of Sand and Sea, Flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, and a whimsical Coastal Theme. Light, bright, and open, you’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. There’s plenty of seating for all, and captivating Water Views right from the sofa! Slip outside to one of three Waterfront Balconies to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze and to just “be” - something we don’t do enough of! Sip your morning coffee while watching Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal, and you may even see some Dolphins!
