This newly renovated country house is located in Lomo de Mena, a town from the municipality of Güimar. It has 1 bedroom although it has a large sofa bed in the living room, which allows a maximum capacity of 4 people.The natural light that the house has is infinite, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Fully equipped open kitchen, a large bathroom, and a huge terrace, ideal for sharing a day of barbecue with your loved ones or sunbathing in the solarium.
The house has a back door which will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas and a sports court where children can play safely.
The entrance to the property is autonomous, we will leave the keys in a safe for which we will leave the access code on the day of your arrival, after completing the online check-in.
The accommodation is located in Lomo de Mena, from the municipality of Güimar, a quiet area with beautiful views, ideal for rest and privacy. With private parking inside the property, 7 minutes walk from the bus stop, with the possibility of traveling to any corner of the island.
The house is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), with which you can quickly transport yourself to any place. We also have a bus stop just 450 meters away (about 7 minutes walk), so the house is also suitable for those travelers who do not plan to rent a car.
