Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location was very conveniently close to the centre of Poole and also the quay area. Both the bedroom and the bathroom (shared with one other room) had very thoughtful 'touches of luxury', which I appreciated.
Negative: The parking was a bit tricky! James did warn me that, being a Wednesday evening, there would be Speedway Racing on (the stadium is close by - but no noise from it). The usual on-street parking spaces were all taken up by Speedway spectators. I arrived around 9pm, and Speedway was due to finish at 9:30pm so a waited around until some spaces cleared. James did suggest I use the property's parking space at the rear but that, and the access lane to it, is very tight indeed. My medium-size car (Qashqai) didn't fit. A small car would have been OK, I think. On street parking is unlimited overnight 6pm to 8am. Daytime is limited to residents.
Summary: The room and bathroom were a great experience. Very comfortable - luxurious in fact!
