The house is in a quiet wooded area off Cahoon Hollow Road, minutes to Well fleet Center and restaurants, walk to Dyer and Long Ponds through wooded path in National Seashore. The house is conveniently set up for 9 people with 4 bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom with a king, large dining area and brand new family/living room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a loft area and full bath. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, the second bedroom is smaller and has 2 extra long twins (sheets are available for use). There is a finished bedroom in the walk out basement area, with an en-suite bathroom. There is cable TV and high speed internet, outdoor shower, all new appliances, complete kitchen with many cooking tools, large ceiling fan in living room, fans for all bedrooms, washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor table/chairs/umbrella, 8 beach chairs, children's toys, flowers around house and on deck.

Summary: Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. The house had a large deck with awesome lounge chairs, and was surrounded by woods. We cooked on the BBQ, ate outside on the deck, and took long walks around trails circling Dyer Pond. The house is walking distance (8-10 minutes) from PJs (for food and ice cream). The shower had nice pressure and the house had everything we needed. Two thumbs up.
