Positive: Unique attractive living area, spacious, upscale amenities, comfortable reclining chair & couch, nice view from deck, fenced in dog yard, proximity to waterfall hikes, good value.
Negative: Cleaning was subpar. Instructions on fridge for garbage pickup were wrong, never picked up. Can't turn around in driveway; it has two ends, but one end is very steep. Exiting that way with Subaru Crosstrek, had to crawl to avoid scraping.
Summary: Spacious well appointed house with view, very steep driveway at one end.
