Recently updated for vacation rental this 3200 square foot home has a perfect layout for your summer plans with room for up to 20 guests. Public beach is less than 1 mile away and Holland State Park and Tunnel Beach is just a short drive. Are you a tennis buff or just enjoy the opportunity to brush up on your game? You can also rent bikes locally and ride to either beach along the miles of paved bike trails accessing Lake Michigan.
Once you enter the home prepare to spread out - main floor offers cozy den, extra large dining room with great farmhouse table and sunny sitting area. Nicely equipped kitchen opens to large deck with gas grill and plenty of outdoor dining space overlooking wooded backyard and tennis/basketball court. Upper level has 3 guest rooms including bunkroom and large master suite with king bed and private bath. Lower level features 60" curved tv, foosball and game table and additional full bath and bunk room.

THE LOCATION
Award winning downtown Holland is just a 15 minute drive and offers plenty of dining, shopping, breweries and entertainment.
