Les Vignes de Charlotte welcomes you from April to November in its large charming gîte for 10 people, with a surface area of 228 m². It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends. Dating from the 18th century, the property, which combines authenticity and modern comfort, offers a splendid view on the valley of the Isle. You will be able to enjoy its flowered garden, to lounge on the deckchairs, to have lunch under the trees or to refresh yourself in the swimming pool (usable from April to October). You can also take advantage of the many cultural, sports, gastronomic and wine activities available nearby. You will benefit from a private parking on the spot, a WIFI internet connection (4G box) and many other facilities. We look forward to welcoming you soon! The accommodation Of Girondine type, the house is built in stone with thick walls which keep the freshness in summer. It is very luminous, with most of the living rooms having a through light. It is equipped with a central heating and decorated with care for a warm and cosy atmosphere. Spread over 2 floors, it is composed as follows First floor - A beautiful living room of 48 m² including a living room with television and a decorative stone fireplace, a dining room with a large table (10 persons), - Furnished and very well equipped kitchen with a large dining area, - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, central steam, clothes line and a second refrigerator, - WC with hand wash basin. - A suite composed of a large room of 28 m² with a double bed 1.60 m, a decorative fireplace, table, armchairs, closet, wardrobe and its private bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet of 7 m². On the first floor, the landing fitted out with a bench and library shelves serves: - A 38 m² suite with a double bed 160x200 and 2 single beds, sitting area, chest of drawers, shower room and separate toilet - A 31 m² bedroom with a double bed 160, a desk and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a clothesline. - One bedroom with two single beds. Accessories for babies available free of charge on request (2 cots with mattresses, high chair, bathtub). The exterior The property has a swimming pool (3,5 m x 8 m) with a furnished terrace (deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture, barbecue), located on a landscaped park of 8000 m² with an exceptional panoramic view on the valley of the Isle. Unheated, it is accessible from April to October and has a security alarm. A private parking lot completes this space. Other remarks - Another house (of the owners) is located near the Gîte, without opposite with this last one. Its garden is private. - The outside parts are to be shared with the owners who will be discreet and will use the swimming pool only in your absence or with your agreement. - The swimming pool is located on the first floor of the house in the axis of the living room with panoramic view. It is equipped with a PRECISIO system, a welcome booklet "Swimming pool" is available to customers. - Swimming at night is forbidden and children must be supervised. - A reception office (wooden chalet) also completes this complex. It has a library and board games. - Goats, belonging to the property, are located at the bottom of the property in an area not accessible to the public. Other animals of the neighborhood: chickens, ducks, donkeys, peacocks share this environment in proximity.
